Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, China Council for the promotion of International Trade and The People’s Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region will jointly organize (national-grade) the fourth China (Ningxia) Trade Exhibition on Goods of Muslim Countries. As a large comprehensive international Exhibition of China, the exhibition involves many fields, including halal food and Muslim commodities, the international cashmere (wool) products, modern light industrial electronics, machinery and equipment and agriculture with distinctive local characteristics. Ningxia will be renowned as a platform that well-known for its rich agriculture resources with distinctive local characteristics to build up its international halal foods and Muslim commodities in China to provide business services, such as trade exchanges, project contracting, labor service cooperation with the Muslim countries around the globe

Chinese Government-led Cummunication Platform for International Investment
At present, around the world resides in around 1.3 billion Muslim, or nearly 1/4 of the global population and the annual trade volume of halal food has exceeded USD 150 billion, for which the development of halal industry will have a bright and promising prospect. It is opportune time for Ningxia that the regional economic and trade cooperation of China is expanding with Arab countries and other countries in the world, the transferring from the eastern region to the western region and upgrading of the domestic industrial structure. As only Hui autonomous region of China, Ningxia, halal food and Muslim supplies industry has formed a scale of industrial clusters and the effect so that create the conditions and opportunities for the exchanges and cooperation of domestic and foreign Muslim halal food and supplies. The exhibition is to further expand the opening to the outside world, exchanges and cooperation of Ningxia. We vigorously promote the implementation of investment strategies, in order to make Ningxia into the main base for production and circulation of national halal food and Muslim commodities; it's also an important step to promote the region's economic and social development. Moreover, this should be an important platform to further promote and display the Ningxia Hui ethnic, geographical and cultural characteristics as well as the great achievements Nixia Hui Autonomous Region has reached and its sound environment for investment.
Overview of our exhibition in past years
2006
Form August 25, 2009 to August 28, 2009, The First China (Ningxia) International Halal Food, Ethnic Commodities Festival and Ningxia International Trade and Investment Fair were held in Yinchuan. Diplomatic envoys of eight countries, four countries in trade, economic and cultural delegations were invited to attend the exhibition; Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangxi, Shandong, Henan, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Sichuan, Guizhou, Chongqing, and so on, A total of 18 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, the Government’s delegation to attend the exhibition. In this “two Festival one Exhibition”, some 69 deals were concluded, a total investment of 13.84 billion yuan in these projects.
2007
On August 16, 2007, the opening ceremony of the Second China (Ningxia) International Halal Food, Muslim Commodities Festival and Ningxia Investment and Trade Fair were held in the Convention Center of Yinchuan Yuehai Hotel. This event saw the presence of several provincial officials that included Mr. Chen Jianguo, Party Secretary of Ningxia Autonomous Region, Mr. Wang Zhengwei, Deputy Party Secretary and Governor of Ningxia, Mr. Ren Qixing, Chairman of Ningxia People’s Political Consultative Committee, and Mr. Cui Bo, member of Ningxia Party Committee and Party Secretary of Yinchuan. Another 1500 guests, from both home and aboard, were invited to the ceremony, including officials from China State Administration of Industry and Commerce, diplomats from 21 countries, the Thai Commerce Minister, Director of Halal Industry Development Corporation of Malaysia, officials from 17 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China, large Chinese and foreign enterprises, investment agencies, experts and scholars. The Second “two Festival one Exhibition” , an event with greater scale and higher level, featured more international participants and interactivity. Some 120 deals were concluded during this trade exhibition, a total investment of 67.512 billion yuan, the introduction capital 62.172 billion yuan which is 4 times more than last year.
2008
Ministries invited to participate in this "one Festival one Exhibition" include the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Agriculture, State Administration for Industry and Commerce and other relevant administrations delegations from 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions including Beijing, Tianjin,Hebei as well as Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, coming from 50 countries and regions ,such as Iran, Malaysia (including Embassy officials from 36 countries). Foreign sector, domestic and foreign organizations and a number of large enterprise groups, investment institutions will also attend this exhibition, including Bureau of Halal Industry of Malaysia, Chinese Islamic Chamber of Commerce, five provincial business delegation of southern Thailand, Islamic Bank of Thailand, Biological Development Bureau from countries and regions like Singapore, Brunei, Pakistan and etc. September 13, the Third China (Ningxia) International Halal Food, Muslim Commodities Festival and Ningxia Investment and Trade Fair ended successfully. In this “one Festival one Exhibition”, some 176 deals were concluded, a total investment of 138.98 billion yuan, foreign investment 124 .95 billion yuan. This is the exhibition held in Ningxia, exceeding the total investment of hundreds billion yuan mark for the first time. After signing ceremony, Mr. Wang Zhengwei, Chairman of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, unveiled for Ningxia International Islamic Food Research Centre.

Description：
1. Booths with international standard (3M * 3M = 9 M2) will be used in the Exhibition. Every booth includes one stand fascia, one table, two folding chairs and one plug socket (220V/5A).
2. The general decoration of the exhibition will be arranged by the organizers. But exhibitors have to in charge of their own booth decoration.
3. 36 M2 is the minimum renting area for raw space. If exhibitors need special decoration please inform Organizing Committee in advance.
4. Electirc Distribution boxes, either self-provided or rented, must be used in raw space
and electricity fees have to be paid by exhibitors.
5. Hall construction management fees should be paid to the Construction Management
Office before raw space booths are put up.
6. Accommodation can be arranged by exhibitors self. But if you need Organizing Committee to
arrange accommodation for you, a notice should be made in advance.

Exhibition Services:
The Exhibition will provide supporting services to domestic and foreign merchants, and the Reception Department of the Exhibition will arrange accommodation, food, transportation, etc, according to the exhibitors' requirements. Fees except for those borne by the Organizing Committee according to the provisions, will be paid by exhibitors on their with preferential prices.
